All cabins can be tailored to your requirements, layouts, colours and window orientations, are all modifiable.
Our cabins are NCC compliant, have 2.4 ceilings, 7 star energy rating and come in three sizes; The Cedar 40sqm, (from $65,000.00), The Birchwood 60sqm, from $95,000.00 and The Oakland 70sqm (from $145,000.00), The Oakland comes standard with bamboo wall lining, double insulated roof to accommodate Australias Harsh Climates, 4m alfresco with deck, offering a lovely outside setting.
You have the option to purchase one of our in stock cabins, which can be delivered within 48 hours, or you have the option to fully customise a cabin to your requirements. Customised cabins will be available in upto 6-8 weeks, giving our team, time to organise Shire approvals and prepare the base.
Kitchens and bathrooms are included. Bathrooms are installed and ready to go, kitchens require installation, comes with pre-assembled cabinetry, engineered stone benchtops and black tapware. Services are at the rear of the building, ready to be connected. Windows and doors are double glazed, increasing your energy rating.
